Course: TKT 8623: Instructional Design ll
Role: I created this whole report and its design.
Skills Involved: mastery of Microsoft Word and its features, used systematic design instructional process, worked with SME, Snagit, critical thinking,
Key Features: Report includes a table of content, flowchart, goal analysis with subordinate & entry skills, SmartArt of objectives, includes evaluation instruments for a computer-based training module, APA style
Reflection: While developing this report, I learned how to be patient, set high expectations, and achieve unbelievable goals. There are times when the developing process may have seemed long; however, the ending result was worth the process. I was able to apply so many skills when developing this report. I also learned new skills and techniques that I can benefit from when I become an instructional designer. When creating another computer-based instruction report, I would like to incorporate an information/bio section about the designer because designers play a critical role in the finished product.
