Description: This artifact is the results of usability testing. This testing was conducted on a video script for an online computer based training course. Before creating the video, the students in the Instructional Design ll course had first to complete a video script to analyze the flow of the video.
Role: I played the role of the Instructional Designer. I also collected the samples to be tested. Also, I conducted and monitored the testing.

Reflection: During my first usability testing I believed it was a waste of time. However, over time, I have grown to love usability testing. Usability testing has taught me how to test my users on the material I am creating to identify errors or areas of improvement. Conducting usability testing on my materials is the reason my work has been a success so far. Furthermore, usability is something I will use in my future career and recommend to other designers.

Before creating the final video, the students in the Instructional Design ll course had first to create an unedited video to conduct usability testing to find areas of improvements.

Reflection: During this testing, I learned a lot of information. I learned how useful creating a video script was to the creating the video. Conducting this test I was able to faulty errors in my video script even though I had done usability testing on it. I also learned that it might be times when one testing is not enough to find areas of improvement. Furthmore, I will conduct usability on my most important documents first before completing the fill project that is being created at the time. However, due to usability testing my video turned out successful.
