Overall Module Reflection

This was my first assignment as a project manager with my classmates as my teammates. However, this module was only created by me. My teammates were assigned other topics. Therefore developing this module as a project manager was very informational that left me with some great takeaways. I learn how to work with limited amounts of information. I also faced the challenge with not having contact with the professor of the American Literature course. When creating this module there was no contact with the professor of the course for feedback.

When creating the project charter, I learned how to evenly assign roles to other instructional designers. In addition, I utilized some organization skills while creating this part of the assignment. However, I would be mindful of the workload when assigning roles to other instructional designers.

The final part of the was creating the assignments and activities. When creating the assignments, I learned how to create group directions. However, if I had the opportunity to complete this assignment again I would add a grading rubric to each assignment or activity. The directions, activities, and assignments were uploaded to the American Literature course.

Overall the module turned out to be a great accomplish. I was able to assist a professor with the creation of a course module. He was very happy with the overall results.
