Description: For this assignment, the students in this course had to act as a consultant writing a report for the L3 After School Program after receiving a grant from Center Learning Center. The report consists of an overview of the program’s objectives, key questions, and justification for evaluation. The justification for evaluation which consists of the evaluation matrix and the evaluation model. The evaluation matrix displays the program’s objective, stakeholders, data collections along with when, and its purpose.  The evaluation model shows the ADDIE Model which was chosen for usage for the program’s method of improvement. The evaluation process section informs the reader about the consultant. The final part of the report explains the qualifications of the consultant. Additionally, provided in this report is the results of the program’s survey. The results are displayed using graphs and tables.

Reflection: During the implementation of this report I learned to how to develop my critical thinking skills. I also learned how to analyze and interpret presented information to first understand the task. However, I would incorporate my time into writing my report. Therefore, I plan to improve my time management skills while working on a task. The overall report was well written and turned out well.
