My name is Jessica Bryson and I am from Ashland, MS. I am a recent graduate of Mississippi State University with a Master of Science in Instructional Technology with a concentration in Instructional Design. I am a motivated individual that like the challenges in life. I am an intrigued, determined, and a quick learner who will bring new instructional design ideas to a company.   

I want to pursue a job in the industry and to understand how a company utilizes instructional designers and how they develop and implement training while learning more about the industry and instructional design. My long-term goal is to lead an instructional design and training department.
